All Private Pay Patients
All private pay patients must pay a $200.00 co-pay at time of service.

All Private Pay Obstetric Patients
All private pay obstetric patients must pay a minimum of $50.00 at each appointment. (All patients trying to obtain Medicaid are considered Private Pay Patients until the Medicaid Website shows active .)

All Co-pays
All co-pays are due at time of service. If a co-pay can not be made, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

If your account results in a credit, you will be reimbursed in full.
